Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

  • Day : 1 Haridwar to Sitapur 6 hr (201 km)

    Our driver will pick you up from Haridwar at reporting time and then you will proceed to Sitapur.

    Morning/Afternoon: Guest arrival and check-in at the chosen accommodation.

    Late Afternoon: Welcome tea/coffee and snacks for guests.

    Evening: Leisure time for guests to settle in and relax.

    Night: Dinner for guests.

  • Day : 2 Haldi & Mehndi Ceremony

    1. Haldi Ceremony
    Morning: Breakfast at the hotel.
    Breakfast is served after the Haldi ceremony.
    Morning: Haldi ceremony for the bride and groom. 

    2. Evening Mehndi Ceremony

    A festive Mehandi ceremony for the bride and groom.
    Entertainment: Enjoy music with a DJ, and a cozy evening.
    Dinner is served at the resort.

  • Day : 3 Wedding Day

    1. Preparation for the Wedding

    The bride and groom dress in traditional Garhwali wedding attire.
    All guests prepare for the wedding at the sacred Triyuginarayan Temple.
    Afternoon Wedding Ceremony

    2. Wedding Rituals

    The couple, along with family and friends, proceed to the Triyuginarayan Temple.
    Perform the sacred wedding rituals amidst the serene Himalayan backdrop.
    Pooja and offerings are included in the ceremony.
    Evening Celebrations.


    3. Post-Wedding Relaxation

    Return to the resort after the wedding. Relax and enjoy some quiet time.
    Tea and coffee are served.


    4. Gala Dinner

    Enjoy a lavish gala dinner with North Indian and fast food delicacies.
    Entertainment: Music completes the day.

  • Day : 4 Departure Day

    1. Breakfast & Checkout

    Have breakfast at the resort.
    Group check-out and departure for onward journey.
    On this last day of the tour, you will be dropped off at the Dehradun Airport as per the scheduled timing.

Exculsions

  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips and gratuities, mineral water, soft and hard drinks, and porter services.
  • Any items or services not mentioned in the inclusions.
  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicles beyond the itinerary.
  • Entrance fees and guide charges.
  • Costs arising from natural calamities (e.g., landslides, road blockages), political disturbances (e.g., strikes), or other unforeseen events, which are to be borne by the client and paid directly on the spot.
  • Any increase in airline taxes or fuel prices at the time of departure, resulting in higher costs for surface transportation and land arrangements (if air tickets are included).
  • Any type of insurance not included in the package.
  • Extra parking or toll charges not specified in the itinerary.

Important Note

  • Rates are not valid for peak seasons such as New Year, festivals, fairs, etc.
  • Rates are based on hotel availability at the time of making reservations. If the mentioned hotels are unavailable, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  • Rates are subject to change during fairs, festivals, major conferences, or events at the travel destination.
  • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to room availability.
  • Cancellation charges will be as per the hotel/service provider's policy.
  • The confirmed vehicle will follow the itinerary and will not be at disposal. Air conditioning will operate only on plain roads and will be turned off during hill drives.
  • All mentioned sightseeing is subject to weather, political, and traffic conditions at the destination (if a guide is included).
  • Any missed sightseeing due to natural calamities or weather conditions is non-refundable.
  • All entrance fees will be payable directly as per the itinerary.
  • Night travel is not advisable; if necessary, additional charges may apply.
  • Any government permits (such as Yatra registration) will be handled by the guest, with guidance from our team.
  • Discuss your daily itinerary with the driver. The company is not responsible for any cancellations resulting from time management issues.

Company Rules

  • The name of the hotel will be provided after a 25% booking payment is made.
  • The remaining payment must be deposited fifteen days before the tour.
  • If you cancel the booking, 30% will be deducted from the payment.
  • The hotel may be changed due to unavailability.
  • We are not responsible for helicopter tickets to Kedarnath or any other destinations.
  • Helicopter services are available after registration, as per Uttarakhand government instructions.

Payment Policy

  • A deposit of 30% of the package cost is required at the time of booking.
  • 50% of the package cost must be paid 30 days prior to the departure date.
  • 100% of the package cost is due 15 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30% of the full tour cost – non-refundable.
  • 50% of the full tour cost – 15 days prior to arrival.
  • 75% of the full tour cost – between 14 to 7 days prior to the tour.
  • 100% of the full tour cost – within 7 days prior to the tour.
